StashOnce uses this mailing list to share potential Stash apps and invite feedback. Personal research contact is a separate, optional choice.

What we keep

Your email, the choices you requested, the wording you agreed to, request dates, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and the information needed to manage delivery. Signing up does not create an app account or give us access to anything you have saved.

How email reaches you

We store audience records in Stash and synchronize them with our self-hosted mailing service. Amazon Simple Email Service processes email delivery and bounce or complaint reports. We do not track email opens or link clicks.

Changing your mind

Use the link in our emails to stop research invitations, change your email choices, or stop all Stash emails. To request deletion of your records, contact hello@stashonce.com.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed memberships are removed after 30 days. We retain active subscriptions while this list operates, and minimal withdrawal and suppression records to respect your choices. A deletion request removes your records from both systems, retaining only a keyed email fingerprint and minimal deletion information to prevent further sending.
